Trumpet

Beautiful, handcrafted shadowbox in an 18 x 34 frame. The interior is designed with music fabric. Encased within, is a trumpet. As swing gave way to bebop in the mid 40’s, one of the new music’s architects, puff cheeked Dizzy Gillespie gave jazz trumpet a complete makeover. He was one of the brightest stars in jazz history. Other great trumpet players were Louis Armstrong, Miles Davis, and Chet Baker.
